"CITY OF WATER" VENICE--A SHINING CRYSTAL IN ADRIATIC SEA

Probably every visitor would take a Gondola to feel romance existing in every corner of Venice. When the boatman slowly push oars to pass through streets and bridges, you will be able to see the ancient buildings on both sides and the crowds coming backwards and forwards. The boatman is another landscape. As it is known, most of boatmen are handsome boys！

St. Mark's Square
St. Mark's Square is one of the most typical historical sites in Venice. Its three sides are surrounded by magnificent palace architecture. There're a variety of vivid stones carved on the surface of the architecture. From ancient times, here is the public center of political, religious activities and traditional festivals. Apart from its architecture, the thing impressed me most is the flocks of pigeons. They fly up and down, and walk back and forth. Visitors are able to be at peace with pigeons. They feed and slightly touch them. Indeed, this is a picture full of love and peace. 

Near St. Mark Square, there're lots of boutiques selling something original, such as colorful masks and glasses. Among them, triangel is my best love. Triangel is a series of artificial dolls which are said to be the symbol of love and luck.

Except of the aforementioned places, other spots include Bridge of Signs, Venice Harbor and Golden Palace Venice. Bridge of Signs belongs to Baroque architecture. It's said that love can last eternally if couples kiss each other under the bridge. Venice Harbor is one of the largest harbors in Italy. Golden Palace Venice is the largest Gothic architecture in Venice. It's famous for its shining golden color and neat appearance. If you're tired, finding a cafe to sit down might also be a good choice.

Florida, the world-famous place for holiday, has attracted more than hundreds of thousands tourists to enjoy their lives there. At the early of this year, I spent my winter vacation there with my friends for ten days. The sunshine, beach and blue sky existing everywhere brightened my emotion.  Impressed spots include Disney World (The Magic Kingdom), South Beach and Everglades National Park.

The Magic Kingdom

Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL is consisted of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom. Because of the limited time, I only went to the most famous one--Magic Kingdom. 

There're various amusement facilities including Mini Flume, Tea Cup and Scooter as well as artificial forest and mini sightseeing train in Magic Kingdom. Children can have fun there for a whole day or even a few days. Believe all of the fantastic castle, funny amusement facilities and theme activities are their love. Except for children, adults can also find lots of interests there. Probably for most people, the most unforgettable thing is the nighttime spectacular called Orlando Disneyland Fireworks. While more than 80,000 twinkling lights and various animated pictures illuminating the Sleeping Beauty Castle and the colorful fireworks activating the quite sky, every tourist there was losing in the nighttime spectacular. Believe it or not, it is the most innovative and amazing show I've ever seen.

South Beach

When people mention Florida, the first thing they may think about is sea and sunshine. Right, most of Florida's beauty is attributed to the blue sea and beach, to some extent. Among various beaches, South Beach is one of the most famous one. Tall buildings along with the long shoreline as well as blue sky compose the representative spot in Miami called South Beach.

During daytime, tourists can swim in the shallow or walk along the shoreline while enjoying sea spray and a flock of seagulls at the same time. During nighttime, sitting on the beach silently to listen to the sound of waves is a wise choice to relax your soul.

Everglades National Park

The third largest national park--Everglades has the largest tropic wilderness, existing as a network of wetlands and forests. It helps to protect the fragile ecosystem. Apart from various plants, Everglades are home to more than 30 protected or threatened species, including alligators and herons. 

Here, every tourist protects and cares for those wild animals. No wonder animals are seldom scared away by people. Birds might stand beside one person while he/she is taking a photo. 

If you like taking adventures, then alligators are the animals that you absolutely cannot miss. Can you imagine your emotion while you taking a boat passing through dense everglades to look for alligators? It could be excitement, fear or curiousness. During the time while I was on the boat, I was a little bit nervous since I worried that I could be eaten by alligators under the boat! Of course it was only my imagination. However, I was indeed astonished by alligators at first glance, because of their size. They are so huge!! I've never seen such giant alligators before. They just stayed in the water in silence. You know an alligator can even stay at the same place without moving for more than 70 hours? Right, this is their hobby.

As you can see, there're many places in Florida worthy of visiting. In spite of the aforementioned spots, the Universal Studios, Key West and SeaWorld Theme Park are also good choices. So, don't hesitate to go to Florida with your friends or families once you have spare time. 

ENJOY YOUR NIGHT IN PARIS

       The Eiffel Tower flashing light show is an exotic sight at Paris.  As darkness fell, the whole city is ablaze with lights. No doubt, the light from Eiffel Tower is the brightest one. The blinking light brings vitality for the dark sky in Paris. While hundreds of people are standing on the ground in front of the tower to admire the attractive light, all of the annoyance has been blocked out of their mind. Correct! This is the moment to be relaxed! 

     

     The flashing light show lasts about five minutes. After  enjoying this show, you might choose to walk along Seine River in the gentle breeze. Throughout the journey, you will be able to see different types of boats coming and going. Some of them disappear from your view in silence, while some disappear with rumble. During this time, you can also visit some of the tourist spots. Notre Dame Cathedral is one of the examples. By looking at the building outside, you image and recollect its rich history regarding to Catholicism as well as France. It's an outstanding example of Gothic architecture. Then, your horizon would gradually be broadened. 

      

      

      Visiting a traditional street full of various bars and featured restaurants is another good choice. There're lots of local people sitting in different restaurants or bars chatting with their friends to spend the night. Featured restaurants include seafood in French style, grilled chicken and roast sucking pig. A bar that still fresh in my memory is the one in which women can get drinks or wine for free if they leave their bras finally. I was indeed amazed at its interesting operating method. Lots of local people would go there to spend their night especially during weekends. 

      Night in Paris is the symbol of romance and vitality, which you  cannot miss. Come and touch Paris especially its night whenever you have time, you would be attracted by its passion and richness of the culture and life.

Architecture

Tibetan architecture is the combination of Chinese and Indian styles. Its characteristics are also the reflection of Buddhist approach.
